Awakening the Heart: Developing Bodhichitta

Join us for a HALF DAY COURSE with our esteemed Resident Teacher, Gen Kunden. In a world often filled with suffering, we have within us an incredible potential for compassion—a force that can turn every moment into a journey of deep significance. This is bodhichitta, the heartfelt aspiration to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. During this course, we will delve into the two key aspects of bodhichitta:

1. Aspiring Bodhichitta: The genuine wish to attain enlightenment on behalf of others.
2. Engaging Bodhichitta: The commitment to actualizing this wish through action.

We will uncover how cultivating these states of mind helps shield us from negativity, diminishes self-centered tendencies, and opens the path to profound inner peace. Each session will include short teachings, prayers, and meditations, along with refreshments provided between sessions.
