🔑 Entry Instructions:
Please do not show the Lu.Ma QR code at the front desk. Simply tell them you are an "invitado de Hoops Madrid" and proceed to Pista 5.

📏 Basic Rules:

• Game Format: Full-court basketball (numbers permitting).
• Game Duration: Multiple short matches, typically played to 15 points straight up.
• Scoring: Points awarded for twos & threes.
• Fouls: Players are responsible for calling their own fouls. Be reasonable, and if any dispute arises, the defense shoots for the ball.
• Conduct: No fighting! Any form of physical or verbal conflict will lead to an immediate ejection.
• Facilities: Smoking is prohibited; please remain in the gym and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Food and Drink: Only water and sports drinks permitted; all other food and beverages are not allowed.

💵 Refund Policy:
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event, with a €2 processing fee deducted from all refunds unless a credit for a future free game is issued.
