• The organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Photographs and videos may be taken during the trip for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of these materials unless otherwise informed.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable; cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before may incur a fee of up to 50%.
• Commentary in English and Spanish is guaranteed; German, Italian, and Russian may be available upon request, subject to availability.
