• Departure & Return Times: These are approximate and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions. Delays do not qualify for refunds.
• Participant Responsibility: Arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Missing the departure counts as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.
• Organizer Rights: We reserve the right to change the itinerary, schedule, or pricing due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Media: Photos and videos may be captured during the trip for promotional purposes. By joining, you agree unless you notify us otherwise.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable. Cancellations between 48 and 72 hours in advance may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total amount.
