Mamuna Women's Circle with Aunty Susan

O události

Join us for a deeply nourishing Women’s Circle held on Gadigal land at the beautiful Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden, facilitated by Susan Moylan-Coombs. This enriching two-hour experience is rooted in First Nations cultural practices, celebrating women’s strength, spirit, and the power of gathering.

Together we will:

  • Walk on Country and listen with our whole bodies 🌏.
  • Reflect on Sense of Self — identity, belonging, and inner knowing 🤔.
  • Engage in gentle, respectful ceremony aimed at clearing, grounding, and renewing ✨.
  • Sit in circle to share stories, stillness, and lived wisdom 💬.

This is not a performance or workshop; it’s a return to traditional gatherings where women come together to be seen, heard, held, and strengthened.

What to Bring: Refreshments to share (tea, fruit, snacks, or something simple) 🍵🍏. Feel free to bring a journal, shawl, or anything meaningful for the circle space 💖.

All women are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling more connected — to yourself, to Country, and to community 🌿.

Important: Ensure you book your spot early as space is limited!

The Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden, one of Sydney's best-kept secrets, spans 123 hectares of unique urban bushland. It is home to two endangered ecological communities and various threatened species of flora and fauna 🌺. The Wildflower Garden is open year-round and features a variety of hikes, step-free walking tracks, picnic areas, and a diverse calendar of environmental education programs 🌳.
