Northolt Walking, Talking and Exploring - Islip Manor and Northolt Village
Join us for a delightful exploration of Northolt, where history meets community!
We will embark on a leisurely stroll starting from Northolt Underground Station, moving through Mandeville Road towards the historic Islip Manor Park. Discover the remnants of Northolt's medieval past as we venture into the charming village. Highlights of our journey include:
- A visit to St Mary's Church
- The site of the ancient Manor House
- Learning about the Dawoodi Bohra community and their mosque, situated on the route to the Grand Union Canal.
We'll finish our walk at the canal, with the option to continue to Greenford or Southall for those who wish. Alternatively, return to the village where we can unwind at a local café for some relaxed chats! ☕

This event is part of the Your Voice Your Town project, funded by Ealing Council, aiming for a cleaner and more pleasant Northolt. Together, we'll contemplate:

- What elements enhance our walkable experience?
- Where can we initiate improvements?
Your participation is valued, whether you want to engage in conversation or simply enjoy the scenery. Since 2016, Talking and Exploring has been dedicated to fostering community connections through guided walks.

We'll conclude with an optional café stop to share thoughts and experiences in a relaxed atmosphere. Your feedback will be instrumental in enhancing the community understanding of Ealing.
