Ridge & Famous (T3)

Mid June the second cable car will open. That is when the tourist crowds will come.
To beat the crowd we have to go a bit earlier and walk up, which would be the plan anyway.
Beware: Some security chains might only get installed when the 2nd cable car opens - so this might be T3+ here and there!

TRAVEL – OUTBOUND:

06:50h: Meet under the «Blue Angel» 06:55h: Walk to the platform
07:05h: IC2 Zürich HB (platform 11, dir. Lugano) to Arth-Goldau 07:54h: IR26 «Treno Gottardo» Arth-Goldau (platform 5, dir. Locarno) to Schwyz
08:07h: Bus 501 «Schwyz, Bahnhof» (dir. Muotathal) to «Schwyz, Stoosbahn» 08:40h: Funicular cablecar up to «Stoos SZ»
*08:47h: Arrival at «Stoos SZ» & start of the hike

16:59h: Bus 501 from «Schwyz, Stoosbahn» to «Arth-Goldau, Bahnhof» 17:45h: EC Arth-Goldau (platform 3) to Zürich HB
*18:27h: Arrival back at Zürich HB
