This workshop fixes that. Not with generic advice. With a step-by-step process you complete in the room and walk away with as your own.
How it works:
First, we cover the framework.
Or Hever breaks down the clinical principles behind longevity-focused strength training, what the research actually says about muscle mass, joint integrity, and healthspan, and how to translate those principles into a program that works for a real person with a real schedule.
Then, you build your stack.
