Join us for the Stretch & Balance program designed specifically for seniors! This 6-week course focuses on enhancing your balance, flexibility, strength, and mobility through gentle exercises, all while ensuring safety. 🧘♂️
Through this course, you will:
- Improve your posture and reduce the risk of falls 🚫
- Learn both static balance (standing or sitting still) and dynamic balance (moving safely) 💪
- Enjoy the flexibility to choose exercises that suit your needs, whether sitting or standing.
👨⚕️ Instructor: Khun Thanase Chatchawanchaisup, a Licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in senior rehabilitation and fall prevention programs in Chiang Mai.
