📋 Recruitment Process:

The RUBC Recruitment 11.0 consists of three stages:

1. Aptitude Test – Evaluating logical reasoning, communication, and situational analysis skills.
2. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) – Assessing teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving mindset.
3. Viva – A personal interview to gauge motivation, confidence, and vision for the future.
   Only the most promising candidates will advance at each stage, so bring your best self!
