On June 28th, readers, book lovers, and curious first-timers will gather for one laid-back hour of phone-free reading in the park, accompanied by live music by Jem and Lyn.

Bring a book, find a spot on the grass, and let the world scroll without us for a while :-)

What to expect
⏰ 1 hour of laid-back reading in the middle of Berlin
📵 Phones off and tucked away. This is your time to disconnect!
🎶 Live music to create a relaxed atmosphere while we read
💬 Time to connect afterwards. Meet fellow readers, share book recommendations, or relax in the park

⏰ 9:00 to 10:00. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in

What to bring
📖 Something to read: a book, comic, magazine, or whatever you’re currently into
🧺 A blanket or something comfortable to sit on
💧 Plenty of water, ideally more than you think you’ll need
🧴 Sunscreen
🧢 A hat, umbrella, or anything that gives you extra shade
👕 Light, breathable clothing
🍓 Light snacks, if you’d like
Please take the heat seriously and only join if you feel comfortable being outdoors. There will be more Reading Raves, so no pressure if this one feels too hot for you. 🌞
Come alone, come with friends, read in your own bubble, or stay after to meet people.
