10th Annual Turkey Day 5k

Join us for the Turkey Day 5K, our rescue’s largest fundraiser! All proceeds help us support dogs in medical need, orphaned puppies, and hospice cases. 🐶

Both courses feature relatively flat paved trails amidst the spectacular seasonal beauty of Lake Benson and White Deer Parks. 🌳🍂

Costume Encouragement: Thanksgiving-themed costumes, decorated wagons, strollers, and baby joggers are welcomed! 🎃

Well-socialized dogs are welcome on a leash of 6’ or shorter (no retractable leashes). 🐕

Don’t forget, virtual participants can still lend their support from afar and will receive a race shirt! 👕

Since its inception, the Turkey Day 5K has been a beloved event, capping at 500 participants in its first year and completely selling out. This year’s race will be limited to 1,000 participants, so register early to secure your spot! 🏅
