Where swing and jazz meet culinary excellence: experience a stylish Frank Sinatra tribute show, perfectly staged at the Palace Berlin. The Gala Menu — A Composition of Delight:

• Welcome Drink: Your evening begins with a welcome drink on arrival.
• Optional Drink Package: You can book an optional drink package (wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee & tea) separately.

Starter: Green pea cream with carrot reduction, almond espuma, and afila cress.
Main Course: Tender boeuf Bourguignon (shoulder) with Burgundy jus, bacon, mushrooms, spring onions, celery purée, and grilled carrots.
Dessert: Palace Torte with glazed cherries, inspired by Italy.

On request, we offer vegetarian, fish, or chicken main courses and will, of course, accommodate lactose- or gluten-free requirements.
