AI adoption is moving faster than our ability to think critically about it. This talk names the two risks nobody says out loud: AI slop flooding our output, and the quiet risk in the human judgment that comes from over-delegating to models. Then it describes what "quality" actually requires when AI does part of the work, and how to hold that bar without slowing down. The talk closes with two live pieces. First, the AI Builder Stack, a way to choose AI tools matched to your role and stack, instead of chasing every release out of FOMO. Then RePLAN, a way to turn AI skill-building from reactive to intentional, producing a personal roadmap you actually follow. You'll leave with a mental model for adopting AI that doesn't cost you your judgment, and two tools you can use immediately within a community.
