About the event
A guided tour from the new series In the Exhibition for an Hour with sinologist Noemi Guerrero will introduce you to the main works of the new permanent exhibition Art of Asia Across Space and Time. You will see visual and applied art from Chinese, Japanese, and Islamic cultural areas from the 3rd millennium BC to the present day and will be introduced to the context of European Orientalism and collecting.
How to quickly and easily orient yourself in the entire exhibition? Visit a tour from our new series In the Exhibition for an Hour! Together with a lecturer or curator, you will go through the main parts of the exhibition and gain a basic overview that will facilitate orientation in both the space and topics.
