In our fast-paced world, we often feel the need to move forward without pausing to honor our inner selves. Join us as we embrace a sacred pause through a unique blend of ceremony and sound healing.
This gathering encourages a nurturing experience of stillness and gentle awakening, allowing us to plant the seeds of intention in a supportive environment.

🌿 The Ceremony:
Led by the wonderful Laura, we'll begin with a ceremonial sharing of cacao—a heart-opening plant ally. Together, we will set a collective intention focused on rest and inner listening. Everyone is invited to contribute, whether through:<br>
✅ Chanting or singing medicine songs
✅ Bringing a hand instrument like a drum or rattle
✅ Sharing presence in silence

A central altar will hold our collective prayers. Feel free to bring offerings such as seeds, flowers, crystals, or any items that resonate with you.

🎵 Sound Healing Journey:
As the ceremony transitions, Jono will guide us through a restorative sound healing bath, using a variety of instruments to harmonize our energies. This is a time for deep relaxation and integration, allowing healing energies to flow and settle in.

🔔 Preparation Tips:

• Refrain from alcohol and recreational drugs 24–48 hours before the event.
• Light eating or fasting on the day will enhance your experience.
• Stay hydrated, as cacao is a natural diuretic.
• Dress comfortably as we’ll be seated on the floor.
