Since its inception in 2017, Bonegasm has gained acclaim for its unique all-trombone lineup, supported by a dynamic rhythm section that redefines the trombone's role in modern jazz. The name "Bonegasm" is a delightful combination of words, coined by Wharton to describe "a climax of musical excitement, characterized by feelings of pleasure centered in the ears, experienced while enjoying a group of trombone players." 🤗
