✨ Who is this for? ✨
For those who have a grasp on the basics of zouk and wish to delve deeper into this beautiful dance! This course is tailored for participants who have previously taken iDance's progressive beginner course or have equivalent experience from other institutions. You should be familiar with foundational moves such as the basic step, lateral, Soltinho, Viradinha, Simple turn, Bonus, and Yoyo. Experience with body movements like Elastico or Body roll is also beneficial.

🔥 Who's teaching? 🔥
The talented Thérèce, Sonia & Johannes will guide you throughout the course! As members of Stockholm Zouk Zone, they have been sharing their passion for zouk in Stockholm since 2017 and began their journey at iDance in January 2025. They follow the comprehensive teachings of zouk masters Bruno & Raiza Galhardo, with Thérèce being a certified zouk instructor. They'll emphasize the necessary techniques for mastering advanced zouk movements while ensuring that the fun and playfulness of zouk remain at the forefront!

• Partner rotation will occur during classes. No need to bring a partner to register!
• If you’re coming with a fixed partner and prefer not to rotate, that’s completely fine too!
