Join us for an unforgettable experience of Ecstatic Dance, where mindful movement meets the transformative power of cacao! 🌈✨ This immersive journey allows participants to connect deeply with their inner selves and fellow dancers, transcending mental barriers and embodying freedom, joy, and honesty.

Event Highlights:

• Cacao Ceremony: Sip on a sacred cacao elixir as we set our intentions and prepare for the journey ahead. This ancient food of the gods helps us tap into our inner wisdom and stillness.
• Mindful Movement: The dance floor will feature a vibrant mix of world music, electronica, dubstep, tribal house, and more, designed to encourage spontaneous movement! 🎶💃
• Relaxation & Reflection: Take breaks in our cozy chill-out space whenever needed, allowing you to recharge, meditate, or simply enjoy the ambiance.

Schedule:

• 5:30 PM: Face & Body Painting 🎨
• 6:15 PM: Opening Circle & Cacao Ceremony 🍫
• 6:30 PM: Warm-Up Exercises (Qigong & Somatic Practices) 🧘‍♂️
• 6:50 PM: Music Sets in Motion! 🎵
• 8:45 PM: Sound Healing Session with Elena Lymbery using singing bowls and gongs. 🎼
• 9:15 PM: Closing Circle to ground ourselves and reflect.
• 9:20 PM: Connect and chat with fellow dancers! 💬

Ecstatic Dance Agreements:

1. No talking on the dance floor.
2. No cellphones.
3. No street shoes, please! (Light shoes are allowed.)
4. Arrive sober and respect the collective space.
