Take a break. Get moving. Connect with others who truly understand your journey.

Join us for a relaxed and supportive walk, specially designed for caregivers. Whether you're caring for a loved one or supporting others in a professional capacity, this is a space where you can feel at home.

Every third Saturday of the month from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
📍 Location:
Cascades Park (Capital City Amphitheater - near main parking lot)
1001 S Gadsden St, Tallahassee, FL 32301

What to Expect:

• 🤗 Friendly, welcoming group
• 🚶 Easy-paced walk (suitable for all fitness levels)
• 💬 Optional conversation and peer support
• 🎟️ No registration required

Come as you are and stay for as long as you'd like. Look for the group near the amphitheater stage.
