Celebrating Our Roots with Miguel Paz

About the event

Join us for a delightful class on August 8, brought to you by Minneapolis Edible Boulevards! We're thrilled to welcome Miguel Paz from The Herbivorous Butcher, a unique shop known for its delicious vegan meats and cheeses. 🥓 🍔

This month, we're co-hosting with Heart Space Garden, a fabulous garden created by one of our very own participants in East Phillips. 🌻

In this class, we'll dive into the art of making Ecuadorian Llapingachos stuffed with plant-based chorizo and wild chive aji verde, utilizing garden-fresh veggies and foraged ingredients! 🌽🥔🌿

A big shoutout to our community partners: East Phillips Improvement Coalition and Seward Community Co-op! 🤝

While registration isn’t necessary, it's the only guaranteed way to receive updates about our indoor location in case of rain and to register for Zoom attendance instead of in person. 📲 Register here

We recommend bringing a chair or blanket, a water bottle, and sunscreen, as the class will be held outdoors in the beautiful garden. Whether you're a regular attendee or this is your first time, we’d love to see you there! 🪴✨

Please note this is a change from our originally scheduled instructor, who had to cancel. We're grateful to Miguel for stepping in and moving his November class to August!
