Collectors' Home Tour | Inside 5 Kingsmead - Session 1

The current homeowner of 5 Kingsmead Road and artcommune gallery cordially invite you to tour the property, which once served as the residence of Singapore pioneer master, Chen Wen Hsi.

5 Kingsmead is the only private residence in Singapore that has been marked as a historic site under two categories by the National Heritage Board, specifically culture and community, and art.

The jewels of this legacy are Chen's two abstract murals, painted between 1959 and the early 1960s. 5 Kingsmead also houses a rotating collection of works by Singapore artists’, and invited guests will enjoy a guided art tour of the collection led by artcommune gallery.
