Throughout this 5-day workshop, you will learn:

  • Food Safety and Sanitation
  • Basic Knife Skills
  • Popular dishes for breakfast, lunch, merienda, and dinner

Day-by-Day Breakdown:

  • Day I: Food Safety, Knife Skills, Egg Cookery (various styles), and cooking rice.
  • Day II: Breakfast Cookery featuring dishes like Mushroom Omelet and Waffles with Maple Syrup.
  • Day III: Lunch Cookery including Sinigang na Salmon and Leche Flan.
  • Day IV: Merienda Cookery with Saba Turon and Cheese Pimiento Sandwich.
  • Day V: Dinner Cookery with Chicken Inasal, Paella Negra, and more.
