Creationship Sundays: AI for Creative Good

Join us for a weekly imagine-a-thon dedicated to creative good! 🎨✨ Unleash the next generation of ideas that our world urgently needs.

Every Sunday evening, the back room of a vegan restaurant on East 6th Street transforms into an exciting hub for those passionate about the intersection of positive social change and new technology. Over four incredible hours, you'll connect with like-minded individuals, brainstorm, and create something tangible. Whether you team up for the night or continue gathering each week, you'll be building the future we aspire to live in.

We believe in an open community—no guest list is curated! Past gatherings featured a founder, a prompt engineer, a doula, a muralist, and even someone restoring old radios. The energy of the room reflects whoever arrives! 🌍

One exciting tool in our toolkit is Vibecoding: our innovative ability to build applications and digital projects through natural language prompts.

So, how does the evening unfold?

• A community member shares an inspiring thought, concept, or solution to a social issue.
• Engage in activities that nurture both individual and collective growth.
• Pitch your initial project ideas, naturally forming teams based on common interests.
• For the rest of the evening, let’s build, snack, and share our creations! 🍽️🤝

What are we really doing? We're practicing prototyping and building new worlds. In a society focused on extraction and speed, we step away from that mindset to embrace trust and infinite thinking. Our work is about collaboration—sitting shoulder to shoulder with new acquaintances, sharing visions, and creating something better together. We call these connections creationships.

Each week brings a new experience and this week (#14) promises to be no different! Please aim to arrive on time!

How a Sunday Goes:

• 4:30 PM — Doors open, settle in, say hello, order something 🥤
• 5:00 PM — Opening share / activity 🎤
• 5:30 PM — Introductions and forming project groups for the day 🤝
• 6:00 PM — Explore, create, and innovate 🎨
• 8:00 PM — Show-and-tell 📣
