Created by The Happiness Equation CIC, DOSE Fest focuses on the four happy hormones: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins. It's not just a festival; it's a journey towards joy, creativity, and connection.

🧡 Endorphin Arena – energy and fun
💙 Men’s Hub – a space for men's wellbeing and connection

👶 Families can enjoy the DOSE Fest Children’s Trail, an interactive journey that leads kids through happiness, movement, and creativity. Children who complete the trail will receive a certificate and a small reward!

DOSE Fest is for everyone - individuals, families, groups, and anyone who believes wellbeing should be inclusive and accessible.
