Join us for a transformative Ecstatic Dance experience! 🕺✨ Movement is medicine, and you're invited to express yourself freely in a sacred space. Whether you're feeling joy or grief, all emotions are welcome!

We'll kick off the evening with an opening circle, followed by a warmup to prepare for an Ecstatic Dance journey that allows you to release and express whatever you're feeling. Our collective movement is a path to healing!

- 6:00 PM: Arrival, check-in, and setup
- 6:30 PM: Opening Circle
- 6:45 PM: Warmup
- 7:00 PM: Ecstatic Dance Journey
- 8:00 PM: Cooldown/Meditation/Grounding
- 8:15 PM: Closing Circle
