Join us for an exciting workshop led by Sabrina Gargano and Rafa Jagat, where dance and physical theatre intersect! 🌟 This dynamic session focuses on:

• The connection between breath and body 🧘‍♀️
• Guided improvisation to deepen your understanding of biomechanics and floor-work principles.

Influenced by the Flying Low technique and drawing from over ten years of Capoeira practice, participants will:

• Explore spirals, coordination, and efficiency in movement.
• Move beyond habitual patterns, enhancing clarity, quality, and intention.

As the workshop unfolds, focus will shift toward the dramaturgy of the body. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of their movement and storytelling capabilities through:

• Physical tasks and improvisation 🎭
• Integration of voice for authentic stage presence.
