About Laurie Déziel

Laurie Déziel is a certified yoga instructor (500HR) and a movement artist with a diverse background in dance and performance. Since 2021, she has inspired many with her classes at Hot 8 Yoga in both Koreatown and Pasadena, as well as at Crunch in West Hollywood. She specializes in Hot Power Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Yin Yoga, fostering a vibrant community centered on mindful movement. 🌟

Beyond yoga, Laurie’s artistic talents span contortion and aerial arts, with notable appearances on screen, including credits in American Horror Story and The School for Good and Evil. Her approach combines discipline, grace, and intention, making every class not just a workout but a transformative experience.
