Family Fun: Express Yourself

Join us for a creative adventure at Family Fun: Express Yourself! 🌈 Experience Dartmoor, giant bugs, gelli-plate printing, and lighthouses during our family-friendly drop-in sessions throughout the summer holidays!

🕒 Important: Last entries are 15 minutes before each session ends. While the activities are free, we kindly suggest a donation of £3 to support our program.

Weekly Programme:

Week One: Wednesday 22 - Friday 24 July

• On Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd, enjoy Dartmoor-inspired crafts!
• On Friday 24th, join our History Hunters Day with Dartmoor National Park Authority to explore Dartmoor's amazing history through hands-on activities!

Week Two: Tuesday 28 - Thursday 30 July

• Get up close with colorful bugs, hosted by the University of Plymouth's bug handling team! 🐞

Week Three: Tuesday 4 - Thursday 6 August & Week Four: Tuesday 11 - Thursday 13 August

• Engage in craft activities inspired by the 42 Little Lights lighthouses displayed at The Box! 🗺️

Week Five: Tuesday 18 - Thursday 20 August & Week Six: Tuesday 25 - Thursday 27 August

• Create vibrant gelli plate prints inspired by the pioneering abstract artist Gillian Ayres as part of the A Life in Colour exhibition! 🎨
