Farm-to-Table Experience at Convivium Urban Farmstead

Join us for this new, curated event where guests will participate directly in the food journey from garden to table. This show-and-tell session provides attendees the opportunity to learn Convivium's story directly from co-founder, Leslie Shalabi. This intimate experience begins with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or mocktail featuring herbs and seasonal ingredients grown in Convivium’s gardens.From there, guests will take a guided tour of the gardens to learn about Convivium’s urban agriculture work and the role fresh food plays in building healthier communities. Along the way, you’ll harvest a selection of ingredients that will become part of the evening’s meal.After the harvest, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy a simple, seasonal dinner prepared with the ingredients we’ve just picked. Throughout the evening, Leslie will share the story and mission of Convivium Urban Farmstead and how food can be a powerful tool for connection—to our land, our neighbors, and ourselves.This small, curated event offers a behind-the-scenes look at Convivium’s work while inviting guests to participate directly in the journey from garden to table.
