Immerse yourself in a calming experience led by the wonderful Gemma. Begin by selecting an oracle card to set your intention before diving into a series of guided yoga stretches.

Then, settle in for the serene sound bath session, as you either sit or lie down on one of our provided mats. For about 20 minutes, let the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls wash over you. This tranquil journey aims to calm your mind, uplift your mood, and restore balance to your body. 💫

All mats, blankets, and pillows will be available for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
