Feel Good Friday at Chastain Park

Hey Buckhead mamas! 💛 Join us for a FREE Strong Moms Run Club group run at Chastain Park! This is a supportive, low-pressure morning to connect, move your body, and enjoy the outdoors together.

We'll kick off with quick hellos and an optional warm-up before heading out for a relaxed loop around the park. After our run, feel free to stick around! The littles can play on the playground while we connect and unwind.
