Welcome to Follow the Body: Movement, Imagination, Presence & Play! 🕺✨ Join Tuva Hildebrand for an engaging movement workshop designed for curious movers—no previous experience is required!

Whether you’re into salsa, hip hop, yoga, or simply love to move, this workshop encourages exploration through sensation, imagination, breath, and improvisation rather than focusing on choreography or performance.

About Tuva Hildebrand:

Tuva is a choreographer, performer, and somatic movement teacher based in Sweden. Her creative practice merges improvisation, touch, and poetic imagery, utilizing techniques like Skinner Releasing, Body-Mind Centering, and Contact Improvisation. She aims to foster inclusive spaces where movement becomes a medium for exploring creativity, presence, and connection. Tuva is also a co-founder of the Platform for Improvisation & Somatics.
