FoundHers x SpeechLab: Think Fast, Speak Clearly

Impromptu Speaking workshop for women founders!
As founders, we are constantly asked to explain ourselves: What are you building? Why does it matter? Who is it for? What do you need? Why you? But speaking clearly under pressure is hard...especially when the question is unexpected!
This is a relaxed, practical speaking lab for female founders who want to practise thinking on their feet, structuring answers, and communicating their ideas with more confidence.
You’ll practise:
introducing yourself and your work;
answering unexpected founder questions;
explaining your idea clearly;
speaking with more structure and confidence;
giving and receiving useful feedback.
Session flow
1:50- 2:00 PM — Opening check-in
We’ll start with a quick reflection: what feels most intimidating about public speaking, impromptu speaking, or pitching?
2:10 PM — Storytelling & personal branding
Our coach Sasha will lead a short session on how to structure a compelling story, connect it to your personal brand, and speak with more clarity and confidence.
2:30 PM — Impromptu speaking practice
Using the SpeechLab prompt generator, we’ll practise thinking on the spot and turning unexpected questions into clear, structured answers.
3:00 PM — Founder pitch practice
A more formal round where you’ll practise pitching an idea, project, or yourself in a concise and confident way. You can choose to pitch your product - but there is also an option of drawing from our selected list of random topics related to investor / VC questions to founders! Perfect for founders, builders, and anyone exploring something new :D
3:30 PM onwards — Feedback & reflection
Finally we will close with a short reflection: what changed from the beginning of the session, what did you learn, and what is one thing you’ll take away? Chat and make friends with your fellow founder girlies afterwards!
This first session is free exclusively for the Founders community. Spaces are limited so everyone gets a chance to speak.
