🏃‍♂️ The Krisathon is Houston's LGBT & Beginner-Friendly Run Club, meeting at the Friends For Life Animal Shelter on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. This is a super friendly, inclusive group—join us at 7:00 PM to hang out with our adoptable dogs and get ready to run! 🐶

• We head out at 7:30 PM—no RSVP needed, just come as you are!
• All paces are welcome, and no one gets left behind!
