Haiku & Mindfulness in Tiergarten
Join us for a delightful journey into mindfulness and creativity with our event themed around “The Four Elements” 🪨💨💧🔥. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a soothing session of haiku writing in the beautiful surroundings of the park.
What to Expect:
🤗 This gathering is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, connect with nature, ignite their imagination, and find serenity. No matter your background—whether you're a poetry pro or a curious novice—you are warmly invited to participate.
🧘♂️ Mindfulness is all about being present, cultivating curiosity, and embracing open awareness of our environment. It can help alleviate stress, sharpen focus, and enhance overall wellness.
📝 A haiku is a simple yet profound 3-line poem that encapsulates a moment of insight or observation often inspired by the beauty of nature. This writing form encourages us to notice the often-overlooked details around us.
🤝 The activities of haiku writing and mindfulness harmonize beautifully, encouraging us to slow down, observe carefully, and appreciate our surroundings. By practicing mindfulness, we can transform our experiences into vivid, meaningful poems.
During our time together, we will engage in gentle mindfulness exercises, observe the natural world, and explore the art of writing haiku. You'll have opportunities to relax, connect with fellow attendees, unleash your creativity, and learn to find joy in the beauty of everyday moments.
No Experience Required!
There's no need for prior knowledge in mindfulness or poetry; the focus here is on enjoyment, exploration, and curiosity.
🌟 Come and experience a fun, welcoming, and inspiring time in nature. You'll leave feeling refreshed, creative, and more attuned to the present moment.
🙋🏻♂️ About Your Host
I’m a coach specializing in emotional intelligence. Mindfulness has transformed my life, leading me to train as a teacher. I enjoy poetry and once challenged myself to write 100 haikus in 100 days. Now, I want to combine mindfulness and haiku writing to help you find peace, clarity, and ease in your life.
