Meet the Instructors:
- Russ Cohen: A veteran naturalist and wild foods enthusiast, Russ brings over fifty years of experience and is the author of Wild Plants I Have Known…and Eaten.
- Dave Scandurra: Founder of Edible Landscapes of Cape Cod, Dave integrates native wild edibles into garden designs.
- Dan Jaffe Wilder: With extensive experience as an ecologist and horticulturist, Dan is the former Director of Applied Ecology at Norcross Wildlife Foundation.
