Hike + Stretch

Join us for a refreshing morning filled with nature! Start your day with a 2-mile wooded hike followed by relaxing stretches and mindful breathing. We’ll set off at Greenwood Pond, conveniently located just south of the Art Center and north of Ashworth Pool.
