🌟 Experience the vibrant sounds of Detroit’s Jazz scene with the talented saxophonist Houston Patton! Following the legacy of his father, Houston commenced his saxophone journey at a young age, influenced by renowned musicians like Harry Patton and Wendell Harrison.
From his professional debut at just 20 years old with Kevin Jones & Tenth World to performing at iconic venues such as Cliff Bell’s, Blue Llama, and Preservation Hall, Houston has made a significant mark in both Grand Rapids and Detroit. His recent time in New York allowed him to engage deeply with the jazz community, leading to collaborations with celebrated artists like Winard Harper.
In April 2024, Patton is set to release his debut album, “Here We Are”, featuring the acclaimed group “Quintessential.” This ensemble, formed after successful gigs, has already captivated audiences with their dynamic performances. Join us for a night of Dinner & a Show!
