We're excited to announce our first POPUP location, and we invite you to join us for a fantastic afternoon filled with warmth and community!

- Flow: Move with the heat. A rhythm-driven session to energize your spirit.
- Energize: Turn up the heat! Experience high temperatures and a refreshing cold plunge.
- Rotate through sessions, cool off in our cold plunges and showers, and enjoy healthy snacks.
- Stay refreshed with drinks from Ratsherrn, Kitsu, and Zerolabs.
