Join us on this mesmerizing journey that invites you to embrace an obsession that may not be entirely wholesome. With a perfect blend of mastery and chaos, this performance is a reflection of the intricate interplay between personal and collective ideals.

Inspired by Becky McFadden's lifelong passion for figure skating and her shorter competitive career, this solo act showcases the essence of skating — its archetypes, narratives, personas, and formats. Audiences are encouraged to celebrate failure as a pathway to freedom, honoring the transcendent spirit of this beautiful and challenging sport.

Expect to witness bent knees, deep grooves, and profound emotions, all while pondering the oddities that often find themselves at the center of our lives. Yes, there might be no ice, but we promise that the skating will go on. In fact, we can't help but skate even if we wanted to!
