What is Street Wisdom?
Street Wisdom is a unique practice that blends mindfulness, neuroscience, imagination, and wellness as you walk. It helps unlock your creativity and clear your mind with each step, making every street a hub of inspiration. 🌈✨
What to Expect?
- Meet your volunteer host: At the announced time, the host will introduce the Walkshop and guide you through the process.
- Three-part experience:
- Tune Up: Engage in three micro-walks by yourself using the host's guidance.
- Quest: The heart of the experience involves a longer solo walk where you can ask the streets a question.
- Share: Rejoin the group to share insights and ideas!
