What to Expect

Discover the rich heritage and dance roots from around the world! Get ready to experience dances from Eastern Europe, Greece, Israel, Turkey, Armenia, Scandinavia, Brittany, East Asia, and a bit of English Country. Most dances are performed together in a semi-circular line, guided by an instructor, making it perfect for both beginners and seasoned dancers. The lesson instructors rotate every few weeks, bringing diverse styles and expertise to each session.

What is International Request Dance?

You get to influence the night! Request dances that have recently been taught or classic favorites. Expect a vibrant mix of new and traditional dances from every continent, featuring beloved dances from Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Greece, Israeli dances, and couple dances from Europe and the Americas (no partner required).
