This class welcomes all bodies, genders, and expressions—no prior dance experience required! 💖

Class Details:

• Attire: Comfy clothing that allows freedom of movement is recommended. Leggings and soft knee pads are suggested as some time will be spent on the floor. 🧘‍♀️
• Footwear: Heels are not required; comfy socks are best for beginners.
• Options: Choose between an in-studio experience or an online session. Make sure to select the correct option when registering!
