About the Speaker:

Palak Chanana is a Counselling Psychologist who is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and neurodiversity-affirming. She utilizes expressive arts, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy to foster healing and self-discovery. Palak is also the founder of Karavaan, a community initiative focused on belonging through workshops and shared experiences.
