Kids Yoga-Summer Series

Join Kasey for a special summer Kids Yoga series! 🧘‍♂️ This fun-filled series combines traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques, designed specifically for a younger audience. 🌈 Yoga promotes body awareness and supports emotional regulation, helping children learn to care for their bodies and minds.

This series is donation-based, making it accessible for all families! 🙌 Intended for kids aged 12 and under, with mandatory parent attendance (participation is optional). Cost is per participant.
