Why Focus on Lateral Movements?

One key term you’ll often see on dressage score sheets is 'Suppleness'. Incorporating lateral work into your training regimen helps enhance your horse's suppleness and overall performance. By engaging different muscle groups, lateral work can significantly improve your horse's ability to manage weight distribution and movement.

What to Expect

This clinic is designed for riders of all levels, whether you're just starting or looking to refine your skills:

  • Level 1: No prior experience or starting gentle turns.
  • Level 2: Basic lateral movements needing development.
  • Level 3: Established leg yield and shoulder-in.
  • Level 4: Comfortable with advanced movements like travers and half-pass.
  • Level 5: Focusing on improving suppleness and positioning.

We will group participants based on their skill levels but can accommodate friends with differing needs. 🔄
