Learning Robot Learning Hackathon

Join us for a weekend dedicated to exploring the exciting world of robot learning! This event is designed for engineers and computer scientists eager to get hands-on experience with robotics.

🛠️ Format

• Open hacking: No prizes, no judging, and no demo pressure. The focus is on learning and connecting with others who share your interests.

🍽️ What We Provide

• Access to SO-100 arms and TRLC-DK1/YAM arms for those with prior experience.
• An introductory session covering robot learning basics, starting points, and tips on what to avoid.
• Food, drinks, and snacks throughout the weekend.

🧑‍💻 What You Need

• Comfort with reading and writing code. Prior ML experience is ideal, especially if you haven't had the chance to apply it to robotics.
• Your own laptop.
• Initiative: We’ll assist you, but self-guided exploration is key.
• Optionally, bring a friend or two to maximize the use of the arms.
• Be prepared to spend less than $50 on compute for training a few models. We have four 5090s available for inference.
