Make & Mingle: Watercolor Postcards Workshop

Queer Crayon Club is hosting a workshop series for queer adults in the DMV!

Attendees will learn some watercolor basics along with some tips and tricks on how to make your watercolors pop with the inclusion of pens and markers. Attendees will be given a 10 minute demo on watercolors, layering techniques, and the creation of swatch pallets. Students will then have the opportunity to create their own postcard designs on watercolor paper. The rest of the class is free time for people to make their cards for them to send their originals to someone! The instructor will also share some resources on how to get prints of their postcard designs ordered in bulk if they desire to do so as a way to wrap up the class.
