Medicine Women

Women's health is chronically understudied and overlooked, and the medical system rarely offers the answers we're searching for. The deeper knowing has always lived in in our bodies, our cycles, our grief, and our knowing. Women have always been one another's medicine — holding space, witnessing, passing wisdom, truth, and knowledge across kitchen tables and circles for generations. This group is a sacred space for that remembering.
This month we're exploring Solar Medicine: The Journey from Self-Betrayal to Self-Empowerment in honor of the recent solstice, the moment the sun reaches its maximum light and full expression.
We will gather for an evening of tea, tarot, ceremony, and reflection as we explore the healing power of the Sun archetype and solar energy for women. Together we'll shine a light on the places we've abandoned ourselves, and illuminate the path to reclaim parts of our power we've lost to illness, people pleasing, and more and step more fully into our own radiance.
Medicine Women is a space for women to gather and share lived experiences, resources, and wisdom around health, illness, burnout, and healing — not to fix or advise, but to witness, support, and learn from one another.

The group is open to all women. Come as you are.

Format: Meditation, and facilitated sharing circle with introductions starting at 5:45, followed by more time to connect with other women and explore shared products and resources (no selling — just exploration and connection).

Lauren Korshak, LMFT, is a relationship therapist and founder of Lovewell and The Well who weaves depth psychology, somatics, nervous system regulation, spirituality, and eco-conscious healing into her work and creating spaces where women can reconnect with each other, their bodies, and their own wisdom.
